The Royal Collection Trust, a department of the Royal Household, has created a premium small-batch London Dry Gin made with botanicals hand-picked straight from Buckingham Palace’s garden.
Launched by Queen Elizabeth in July 2020 with 12 botanicals including lemon verbena, hawthorn berries and mulberry leaves hand-picked especially for the gin from the Gardens at Buckingham Palace, which span 16 hectares and provide a habitat for 30 species of bird and over 250 species of wild flower.
Buckingham Palace Gin is presented in a beautiful bottle made of turquoise glass. This glass bottle has a truly sensational design, featuring a spectacular circular motif entwined with illustrations of the botanicals found in this citrus based gin. On the back of the bottle it also features a sketch of Buckingham Palace and comes with a gold-coloured stopper.
Serving recommendations: Classic Gin & Tonic. The gin has citrus and herbal notes and is best served as a traditional G&T.
