Very attractive bouquet filled with scents of ripe apple and cape gooseberry. There’s a lees and mineral quality at the core adding breadth and complexity. Youthful, floral and nicely pungent. Delicious on the palate – a wine with as much texture as it has flavours. Plenty of acidity for crunch and spreading flavour throughout the palate. A wine that finishes as it begins, with an attractive bouquet and textured fruity and varietal palate. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028.
