Fantastic colours of raspberry and true red rose hues, super bright and leading to a bouquet and palate of cherries and plums, strawberry jam, and fresh red flowers. There’s a light stony, earthy quality from the soil and textures from fruit tannins delivering a delicious mouthfeel. Acidity forces the palate to salivate and introduces a very light saline quality. Well-made, fresh, and dry on the finish with a fruit-led core. Best drinking from 2024 through the end of summer 2027.
