Central Otago wineries on show at Roam Central 2025

Wine enthusiasts are invited to embark on a weekend of discovery in Central Otago on 15 & 16 February 2025, as the venues and participating wineries are unveiled for Roam Central 2025.

Saturday wine exploration events

A collective of Central Otago wineries has united to craft four bespoke wine experience events, which kick off Roam Central on Saturday 15 February.

Each event is designed to provide attendees with an immersive experience, showcasing the region’s personalities, venues and of course, wines.

Set against breathtaking landscapes, from the rugged hills of Bendigo to the picturesque vistas of Bannockburn, each event promises a unique perspective on Central Otago’s wine scene.

Sunday events at Amisfield Estate

On Sunday 16 February, the festivities will continue at Amisfield Estate, nestled at the foothills of Mount Pisa.

This winery will open its gates, providing guests with an authentic behind-the-scenes glimpse into its working vineyard and winery.

Lunch will be crafted by Vaughan Mabee, Executive Chef at Amisfield Restaurant, whose commitment to locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, ensures a culinary experience showcasing the best of Central Otago.

Sunday day pass

For those eager to dive into a day packed with wine exploration, a Sunday Day Pass is now
available which grants access to all events at Amisfield Estate.

The events include two presentations and tastings, a lunch, and the grand tasting, featuring 30 of the
region’s finest producers.
