Deep Creek Brewery’s Gin and Lime Double IPA
Deep Creek Brewery has released three new craft beers with a celebration at their Silverdale brewery over the weekend.
The three new beers include the Gin and Lime Double IPA, the Long White Cloudy IPA and the Passionfruit Berliner Weiss.
Deep Creek collaborated with New Zealand craft Gin, KARVEN, to create the 8.5% Gin and
Lime Double IPA which balances a malt sweetness with fresh lime, juniper, Manuka and lemon peel.
The 6.3% Long White Cloudy IPA showcases refreshing mandarin flavours and citrus notes from Simcoe, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.
The Passionfruit Berliner Weiss is a refreshing 4% kettle sour, infused with mouth-wateringly tropical, tangy passionfruit.
