New Zealand’s largest whisky education and tasting festival is returning next month.
DramFest will take place over two days at Te Pae Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre from 1pm-6pm on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th March 2023.
The brain child of Michael and Stella Fraser Milne, owners of Whisky Galore in Christchurch, the first DramFest took place in 2007, with just over 100 different brands represented.
Now, 16 years later, more than 300 different single malt, blended and other whiskies will be available to try from 70 exhibitors.
Representatives from distilleries, producers and independent bottlers from Scotland, Japan, Ireland and around the whisky world will be in attendance, giving consumers a unique opportunity to meet with a variety of whisky experts.
They include: Dave Broom Master of the Quaich, Ian McWilliam, Chloe Wood and Ross Blainey.
