Smales Farm – a Next Generation Neighbourhood in Takapuna – is heating up North Shore’s casual dining scene with the opening of Good For Now.
The pop-up bar will remain open until the vibrant new Goodside opens at Smales Farm’s B:HIVE later this year.
Smales Farm’s Q4 incorporates green open spaces, easy access to transport and lots of free parking creating an exciting social destination that promises to host the prodigious pop-up event in true flair from the folks at Angus Muir Design, Fresh Concept and hospitality extraordinaire Joe Williams Peters.
An impressive pop-up garden bar, Good For Now will give the Smales Farm community and North Shore locals a chance to experience an outdoor space, enhanced with a refreshing line-up of beer, wine and cocktails, a casual place to watch sporting events, all offered with an exciting selection of rotating food trucks to choose from with the kitchen operating five days a week.
The pop-up toasts to the transformation of how Smales Farm is doing business in New Zealand and gives visitors a taste of its brand-new hospitality experience; the Goodside, before it is completed later this year.
Described as “a new sanctuary for Smales Farm residents and North Shore locals alike” by Paul Gunn, CEO Smales Farm Management. “Good For Now is a unique destination that offers a brand new experience on the Shore – great food, refreshing beverages and a place to socialise, being the next step towards our vision of positive work/life integration,” he says. “This builds on and complements our strong commitment to community events, including the Takapuna Food Wine and Music Festival this weekend and our outdoor movie season commencing on 3 March.”
The pop-up bar is open five days a week. Open from noon, located at Smales Farm’s Q4.
