Chief Brewer, Simon Nicholas, says “We were super excited to create this beer using NZ Hops’ trial hop NZH-104. At 5.5% ABV and with such great flavour and aroma, it’s a brew that we’re extremely proud of.”
He adds, “To create this IPL, or India Pale Lager, we used a super light malt base to really showcase the hop flavours and give us a super light, crisp and clean beer. Using all local hops and malt, this brew ticks all the boxes for us.”
