Judging for the New Zealand Beer Awards was held in Christchurch last week.
With 839 individual entries, a reduced number of judges and stewards, the Brewers Guid says it was a fast-paced couple of days of judging.
The virtual awards night for the 2021 New Zealand Beer Awards will take place on the evening of Thursday, 21 October 2021.
The following event partners will be hosting events throughout the following regions:
Wellington – Hosted by Cryer Malt
Nelson – Hosted by NZ Hops
Christchurch – Hosted by Gladfield Malt.
Queenstown – Hosted by Konvoy Kegs
Tauranga – Hosted by New World
Virtual (watch from home) – Hosted by the Brewers Guild

If you’re a brewery that has entered beers into the awards, make sure you register to attend your local event in case you’re a winner as your medals will be sent to the regional event venue.
