The Drammys, New Zealand’s whisky awards sponsored by Super Liquor, are open for entries.
Now it’s its second year, The Drammys were launched in 2018 with the primary objective to grow the whisky category and celebrate the best worldwide whiskies on offer in the New Zealand retail market.
This year’s competition includes two new categories – New Zealand Whisky Award and Innovation Whisky Award – and will be judged by a mix of New Zealand and international brand ambassador and distillers at the end of September.
There will also be whisky masterclasses open to both trade and consumers with a selection of our judges, which is an opportunity to get people involved in The Drammys and learn about whiskies.
Following the judging, the Drammys Awards gala will be held on Friday, 1 November.
