Vibrant, pungent and refreshing bouquet of sweet citrus and white peach, fresh thyme and basil, passionfruit and white spice. A wet pebble minerality is a constant seam alongside a floral scent. An electric acidity touches the palate first then white fleshed orchard and tropical fruits are at the core of flavour. The minerality and herb qualities also return with less impact though still noticeable. A perfect summer 2024 wine served as an aperitif or with fresh seafood. Best drinking from 2024 through end of summer 2026.
