Pungent, fruity, herbaceous and captivating. Aromas of fresh herbs of sage and thyme then fruit scents of apple, lemon and pineapple. As the wine touches the palate a surge of fresh green herbs then acidity are contrasted by a salinity and fresh tropical fruits core. Flavours of apple and spice then citrus take over. Well made, still very new, robust and varietal. Best drinking from late 2023 through 2027.
