A classic expression of Otago Gris with flavours of white fleshed fruits, some citrus peel and spice qualities. The mineral side of the wine shows as stone and schist-like flavours, then a touch of preserved lemon and white florals. There might be a whisper of residual sweetness yet the core fruit flavours and acidity easily contrast this aspect adding texture and length on the palate. Best drinking from 2023 through 2026.
