Varietal and quite pungent with aromas and flavours of mineral stone then fresh lemon, white flowers and a mix of fresh herbs from sage to basil. Additional fruit aromas of white gooseberry and peach add depth and complexity. Dry, fruity, taut and crisp as the wine touches the palate with flavours of stone and mineral, fresh red and green apple, then tropical fruits and lemon, a back bone of acidity and youthful power. Best drinking from 2023 through 2027+.
