A bright, youthful, and nicely complex bouquet of fresh apple and citrus, with hints of white strawberry and delicate fruit spice qualities. Dry and nicely crisp, with layers of autolysis revealed as the wine begins to warm on the palate. The mousse has a tight texture, accentuated by the acidity and framing the core flavours of apple and citrus, along with some white-fleshed stone fruits and a fine leesy finish. Best enjoyed from the day of purchase through to 2029.
