Fantastic bouquet that unfurls slowly with a purity of fruit and varietal stamp of flowers and delicate spices, white apricots, apples and peach. There’s a fine lees texture adding shape and form. Delicious on the palate with flavours that reflect the bouquet, they are pure, fresh and ripe. Complexity builds from the use of lees and acid line and satin texture. White apricots turn to yellow as the wine opens out in glass. Delicious, fresh and dry on the finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
