Aromas and flavours of figs and apple with citrus highlight and gentle layers of wood and a touch of smoke. A satin textured mouthfeel is contrasted by acidity and as the wine opens out in glass flavours of stone-fruit and citrus, some fig and vanilla. There’s a light nutty quality with cashew then peach. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2026.
