This wine opens up nicely and reveals its character after a brief 2-mintue aeration in the glass. Aromas and flavours of crisp green pear and apple, some gentle herb and lees flavours layer in texture and complexity. There’s a layer of citrus and orange blossom, A dry wine with plenty of acidity and taut youthful textures, should age well for the next 2-3 years. Well made with a moderate finish.
