An excellent bouquet of pinosity with a mix of savoury dried herbs and red berry fruit scents, dark cherry and baked raspberry, then baking spices of barrel from clove to a touch of nutmeg and vanilla. Some dried leaves and rose qualities with an earthy dried clay complexity. Excellent textures and flavours with firm tannins and a backbone of acidity. Flavours reflect the bouquet, along with plum and vanilla, textures of a fine wine that, with some careful cellaring, will show its true potential from 2026 through 2036+.
