From single-vineyard fruit harvested in Bendigo, this wine has a very enticing bouquet of dark berries and peppery spices. It features a fresh, meaty quality with accents of wood, stony earth, dark violets, and new leather. A dry wine with weight and freshness, it showcases spice and core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. The tannins are ripe and polished, and there is plenty of acidity along with complex core flavours of fruit and youth. This wine should continue to develop over the coming months, with optimal drinking likely from 2026 through 2032 and beyond.
