As with many New Zealand magazine titles, we were unable to print due to restrictions during the COVID-19 lockdown.
But the team at The Shout NZ used that time to continue breaking news and provide expert industry analysis online via our website at www.theshout.co.nz. As a result, we tripled our online readership, boosted our social followers and increased the e-newsletters from fortnightly to weekly to meet demand. We’ll continue growing our online presence and integrating it with our print magazine.
We’ve taken the opportunity to look again entirely at our print magazine to ensure it returns in perfect shape to deliver for our readers and advertisers.
TheShout NZ goes standalone from September
So in a special announcement, the up-coming September issue of TheShout NZ will be the first of many as a stand-alone title and double the size.
Doubling the number of pages means we can feature even more essential local and international liquor news, insights and features for the on- and off-premise. TheShout NZ will be a bi-monthly magazine and continue to be sent to you with your FMCG Business or Hospitality Business magazine.
And with a brand new magazine, comes a brand new Sales Manager. We are excited to welcome Brigitte Kolver onto our growing and expert team.
Brigitte has an extensive background in print and digital media, having worked across various leading consumer and trade publications. An out-of-the-box thinker, Brigitte will work with you to create innovative media solutions for your brand’s objectives.
You can contact her for a booking or just a chat about your advertising needs on bkolver@intermedianz.co.nz or 027 294 5113.
And our editorial team would always love to hear about any new products, openings, news, insights or features, you can contact our editor Charlotte Cowan on ccowan@intermedianz.co.nz.
We’re excited to start this new phase and to continue providing insightful and valuable content to New Zealand’s largest liquor audience.
